Bar Waiter / Bar Waitress
Responsibilities
- Serve beverages in accordance with established hotel standards.
- Support the productivity and performance of the bar through professional sales techniques.
- Take guest orders and coordinate service with the bartender.
- Assist guests with beverage selections and recommendations.
- Serve snacks in the bar areas, including the Lobby Bar and Rooftop Bar.
- Prepare beverages when required and assist with fruit preparation and cocktail garnishes.
- Ensure the comfort and satisfaction of guests within your assigned section.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of tables and the working area.
- Record sales information and report to the Bar Manager.
- Handle payments and maintain an accurate cash register.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of the hotel’s wine selection to assist guests with recommendations.
- Verify guest identification when necessary to comply with legal requirements regarding the service of alcoholic beverages.
- Help prevent excessive alcohol consumption and contribute to maintaining a pleasant atmosphere for all guests.
- Respond professionally to guest feedback and complaints.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor or other members of management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- Minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
- Good command of the English language.

- Strong understanding of guest service principles and personalized hospitality.
- Good knowledge of sales techniques and bar operations.
- Knowledge of local regulations relating to the responsible service of alcohol.
